U.P. MANILA DENTAL MEDICINE: JUST GOT ACCEPTED!

Days pass by so fast that it was already June 15 (a.k.a. the Judgement Day) the day which will determine my fate, if whether or not I will be accepted to UP. I wasn't able to sleep the whole night, and before I know it I already found myself googling ways on how to cope up with rejection lol. My stomach also felt so weird the whole morning and as much as I wanted to end the anxiety, I was just too scared to give them a call, scared by the possibility of getting rejected.

But at exactly 12 noon on that same day, I got myself a glass of fresh milk to calm my nerves down before I finally called the office of the college secretary to ask for the results.

  

The secretary told me only 3 out of the many transferees who applied for lateral entry to 3rd year DDM were accepted. "Well that escalated too quickly", said my very own heart that was already pumping rapidly. Then the secretary asked for my name to verify if I was on the list. And guess what?

I WAS ONE OF THOSE 3 WHO GOT ACCEPTED! OMG OMG OMG! I JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I got accepted to the school that was just a dream a few years back which seems to be very high for me to reach! Of course while I was still on the phone I remained calm even though deep inside I was already ready to scream my heart out. I believe I said thank you to her for like 5 times(?) as far as I can remember hahaha. And as she was discussing the requirements to comply for enrollment, it just felt so surreal. The fact that I will be continuing my dental education in UP still did not sink deep into my mind.  

But i guess i'm gonna have to wait until that happens which i highly doubt. Yey!! 2 months extended vacation for me! I'm just so happy that i feel like i'm wearing the biggest smile right now.
